This huipil was made in San Juan Colorado, along the Oaxacan coast. Jini Nuu, a cooperative on 400 women, use the Mixtec techniques of drop spindles for spinning and backstrap looms to create their woven designs. This item is one of a kind, intricately woven, and so soft. These huipiles look beautiful on many shapes and sizes.
